Personality: despite her expressionless face and barely heard monotone voice she is actually very fiery especially when it comes to defending ataraxia from even the smallest of misdeeds (ex littering). basically a very delusional goody-two-shoes who's sworn an oath to bring justice to the school and city.

Bio/ Reason for Going to Ataraxia :
what started as an excuse to go to school in pjs very quickly escalated into a superhero persona when kids in her 3rd grade class took her seriously. while they all outgrew that not too soon after, cast oops i mean keen eye has yet to let go of what the teachers all thought would be a "phase" and has no plans of hanging up her cape so long as evil still exists in the world so will keen eye!!
so ye sometime after she turned 15 or so ppl stopped playing along with her antics and asking for her help with stuff cus it creeped them out to see a teenage girl running around in a one-z (it was barely cute when she was 8) anYWHO she convinced herself that she's already done all she can for her hometown so next stop -- ATARAXIA !!! yEAH
